Garmisch, Germany & The Austrian Tyrol
Hey Friends!
I just finished up ten days ministering to US troops at JFC Brunnsum, Netherlands. It was great again to reconnect with old friends and build new relationships and interface with new soldiers. My time was spent working with Chaplain Reeves and the various ministry outreaches of the Brunnsum Chapel from youth, to adult bible studies, chapel services, and field qualification training.
Last Thursday, CH Reeves and I went to the firing range and provided lunch for soldiers qualifying with the M-16. During their cycle through lunch, I did some acousitics sets of music and challenges from the Word. It was great to see them encouraged and challenged by the message.
This last weekend we lead a retreat of single and unaccompanied soldiers to Garmisch in Bavaria and did white water rafting in the Austrian Tyrol region. I spoke at retreat sessions on our Identity in Christ. As you can see from the picture we had a great time discovering what it means to be the "Thought of God" as we experienced the beauty of God's creation up close and personal!
Thanks for staying tuned in, and thanks for the prayers. Please check out the ever-updating BLOG Azimuth with the new entry - "Is IT In You?"
Pack light and don't forget your passport,
