Hey Friends!
I take off again tomorrow morning for Alaska on my Musicianary Expedition 2005. I have had a great break over the holidays and am now gearing up for a very busy year. I hope that you stay in touch as I travel and strive to be much better at updates.
I will be spending the first two weeks in the western bush of Alaska in remote villages doing concerts and teaching some character education classes to high school boys in the public schools. The second half of my trip will combine local and military ministry. I will be at the Alaska Bible College February 15th and then head to Clear AFS, Eielson AFB, Cadence Base Camp Ministry at North Pole, a single military retreat at Birch Lake, and Ft Greely.
Pray that God will be glorified throughout the trip and that the message of the gospel of hope, life and God's Glory be proclaimed boldly through the music and the teaching that God has laid upon my heart.
I recently spent some quality time in the mountains gaining much needed refreshment before the road starts again. I have been reading some great Spurgeon sermons and writings of Jonathan Edwards. Take my challenge to dive into the works of these old greats and find incredible richness in their encouraging pursuit of God!
Wish you all could come with me - but join me in prayer and through the updates!
Pack light and don't forget your passport!
Dan
